Membership Pause
Please note that we require a 14-day notice period for any pauses, and you can put your membership on hold for a maximum of 8 weeks per year. A return date is required when pausing your membership and your membership will automatically resume on that date. If a resume date is not provided, this will be treated as a cancellation. Membership Cancellation
A 30-day notice period is required for any cancellations. Please note that if you do decide to return in the future, your membership will be subject to the current rates at the time of renewal which may be higher than your previous rate. You can find our Membership Cancellation Request Form here.
